Lots of memories, almost forgotten,jogged by scrolling through these pages! I remember some of you from Burwell,North and West Junior High days,and some of those memories are clearer than those from high school. So the 40 year update in a few lines: Seattle has been home to me for the last 30+ years, except for a couple of years at Georgetown for graduate school. Growing up and coming of age in the Mpls area was great, but the geography, vistas, and outdoor life in the Pacific Northwest worked their magic on me. (I managed to import my extended family to Seattle as well, so am very happy we can all be together.) Professionally, I practiced as a nurse-midwife for many years, was director of our hospital-based practice in Seattle. For the last decade (opting for more sleep), I've been at the University of Washington Medical Center, and am currently director of the Ambulatory Care division (clinics). I'd love to be at the reunion, but will be on a two week jaunt up the East Coast with my daughter, on the grand college tour before her senior year in high school. I'm hoping there will be a 45th year reunion and look forward to reconnecting in person! (Teachers - Still remember Mr. Holcher from AP History fondly,incredibly fine teacher, and I actually occasionally remember a factoid... or the gist of one.)
