OBITUARY...
Allen Lyle Hendrickson, 58, of Kennewick, WA, died on June 8, 2009, at his home surrounded by family.

Allen was born in Chamberlin, S.D., to Les and Colleen Hendrickson. Allen married his love of 39 years in 1970 and was blessed by the birth of three children. Allen moved to Washington State in 1982 and worked with his father. Later he worked for IBP for over 15 years and McDonalds for over 5 before succumbing to his long fight with cancer. The last few months of his life were spent enjoying and loving his three children and eight grandchildren. Family was the most important thing in Allen’s life.

He enjoyed painting in several mediums, wood carving and photography.

Allen is survived by his wife Alice, son Adam Hendrickson (Carrie), daughter Beth Farias (Carlos) and daughter Brandy Moreno (Lucio); granddaughters, Zebrina, Savanah, Elena, Brook; and grandsons, Kyle, Dane, JC, and AJ; 3 brothers, Bob, Mike and Gary Hendrickson; and 2 sisters, Peggy Armstrong, Chris Long; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Les and Colleen Hendrickson, and sister Cheryl.Rosary to be held June 19, 2009, 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kennewick, WA. Memorial Services are to be held June 20, 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Kennewick, WA.
