State and Local taxes will be added to the guests room per night.
No Resort fee is added to room accounts in September.
Self Parking fee has been included in the ticket price for each night of your Reunion weekend.
Valet parking is an additional $8.00 per night per car and is the responsibility of the individual attending the event and driving the car.

Please make your reservation as soon as possible.  The Tradewinds Island Resort will honor your group rates until August 18, 2009.  Rooms may not be available after that date.  Remember to ask for your special group rate and reference "Northeast High School - Class of 1969 - 40 Year Reunion".  National Reservations:

Check In time is after 4:00 PM and Check Out is prior to 11:00 AM.   First night's deposit is required with the reservation.  Additional information is available at the Resort's website:www.tradewindsresort.com.

A photographer will be available at the reunion Saturday night to take the Class of 1969 Photograph.  The photographer will be available for individual and group portraits and casual photographs.  Individual, group portraits and casual photographs must be paid for by the individuals requesting the photographs the night of the event.  The photographs will be ready for you to take them home at the end of the Saturday night event.

Tickets will NOT be mailed!

If you are paying by check, your cancelled check is your receipt.  Please check your bank statement if your cancelled checks are not returned to you by your financial institution.
