Charles was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida at the time of passing.
He was a graduate of Nathan Bedford Forrest High School.
A memorial service will be held in the Riverside Presbyterian Church, 849 Park St., Jacksonville Wednesday, February 7 at 11:00 am.
In place of flowers memorials may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, or the Riverside Presbyterian Church.
