My years at Robinson were some of the best in my life. The friends I made there were the best. I'm blessed to have been able to keep in touch with many of them. Sadly, Jimmy Coplon, Gary Garner, Warren Lawton, to name just few, are getting Robinson Heights ready for those of us who will eventually join them -- though I hope not too soon!
Our class reunions have been wonderful and I am very grateful to those who have put so much time and effort into putting them on.
Other wonderful times of my life have been meeting, dating, & marrying my wife of over 54years (as of Dec 10, 2022 when I compose this), having and raising our two sons, and now helping to raise our grandchildren.
I have also been blessed with a vocation that I truly woke up in the morning and looked forward to going to each day. When I FINALLY graduated, I became a professor and was able to work with young people, to be a small part of their development. I was able to also research and publish whatever I wanted . . . and to perform public service in whatever areas I wanted.
I'm very proud of the Class of '61. Virtually everyone has contributed to our country and the society in which we live to make life better for everyone. Many, like Sandy Lewis, are still doing so.
