The process is simple. You send us a file which contains whatever information you have on the missing classmates. Within 4 days (and usually in just 2 days) we return a file which contains the information found on the individuals. This information will contain some or all of the following: current address, phone number, name change, death indicator and year of death and date of address confirmation.
