Lawrence Allen Metcalfe, age 65 of Duluth, died June 29, 2016. Funeral services will be held 7:00 PM Friday July 1, 2016 at Bill Head Funeral Home Duluth Chapel. Interment 9:30 AM Saturday at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA
Mr. Metcalfe was born in Johnstown, PA. He was a retired project manager for a construction firm and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Metcalfe; daughter, Corrie Humphries of Duluth; son, Christopher Grimsley of Ringgold; grandchildren, Elizabeth Humphries, Owen Humphries and Josslin Grimsley; brothers, Bryan Harvey and Keith Harvey, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
