For the past 6 years I have been working in the hospitality industry. I am currently the General Manager for the AmericInn Hotel in Traverse City. Besides my responsibilities in Traverse City, I also serve on the board for AmericInn International (franchise company of the hotel) and also am the President of the Grand Traverse Area Hotel Association. Besides my work duties, I am a volunteer board member for the Silent Observer (crime stoppers) system in the 5 county area of Northern Michigan and volunteer with many groups.

I left Traverse City for a little bit for work but returned and bought a house out near Arbutus Lake about 4 years ago.
