Tupelo-David Wayne Pumphrey, 55, having kept the faith, finished his earthly journey at 3:19 AM Saturday, July 1, 2017 after an extended flight from California on June 30, 2017 with his devoted fiancé and caregiver, Diana, to get home to his native Mississippi to transform to the life eternal. David lived a happy and energetic life that included working hard and playing hard. He was born on September 14, 1961 in the old Maben Hospital in Webster County to the late legendary preacher, Rev. Cecil Pumphrey and Joan Neal Pumphrey. David lived in Mississippi until age 12 when his ministry father took a pastorate in California. Except for 7 more years, David made California his life home. He was a self- employed Flooring and Building Contractor known for his professional skills. A master craftsman, David enjoyed the California life especially the Pacific Ocean. He was a skilled surfer and water enthusiast. His other interests were diverse: hog hunting, being bi-lingual speaking Spanish fluently, enjoying all genres’ of music, reading, finding meaning in the Word of God, daily diaries of his life, his children and their activities and championing for the underdog in all circumstances. Dee Dee Stolshek (Denise Marie Bychak)

Dee Dee Stolshek (Denise Marie Bychak)

2 June 1961 - 11 November 2017

Denise Marie (Bychak) Stolshek passed away peacefully at home. The magnitude of Dee Dee's impact was her uniquely honest and loving ray of light and goodness. A true friend to all, her infectious smile and quick wit touched many lives through her volunteerism, school, work and as a loving wife and mother.

Dee Dee's passions were ballet, Disney, shopping and helping others which was reflected in her career. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton, Dee Dee worked at Disneyland as Minnie and Mickey Mouse and was very active in her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. After graduation, she joined Nordstrom in sales, and expanded her career to Human Resources helping open the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions as Regional Director. Dee Dee retired after having her daughter Gillian to become an inspirational mother and wife. She continued to help others through her volunteerism with leadership in PTA, National Charity League (focusing on Catholic Charities and Cancer Support Community) and St Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband Bradley; daughter Gillian; brother, Ken Bychak; and nephews, nieces, cousins, and so many friends from every aspect of her life.

We will miss her immensely and we know she is at peace with God.
