We are so glad you are coming to our Reunion Cast Party! If you have not registered, please come on Saturday and you can register on-site.

As of today, we have people coming to the reunion from throughout the Greater Bay Area & California, Washington State and Minnesota. On the website we’ve heard from CCCT friends from as far away as New York and Baltimore. 

If you have any questions on Saturday or need assistance, please look for a volunteer wearing a lei and we will be happy to help you!

Here is an overview of the events on July 31st (2 pm - 5 pm):

Pomona Avenue will be closed off between Moeser Lane on the north, and near our parking lot exit on the south. CCCT’s parking lot will be available – space permitting. Street parking will be available on the surrounding streets: Moeser, Pomona and Ashbury. Need any special accommodations/disabled parking access? Please call the CCCT office at 510-524-9012 by July 29th and we will be happy to assist you.

1:45 Registration Desk Opens (on the walkway in front of CCCT): Everyone needs to check in at the registration desk, where you will pick up your name badge. Please wear it all afternoon…it is our way of knowing you have registered. Pick up your special ice cream treat upon registration! Suggested Donation:  $5 per person/$10 per family.*

Pomona Ave:  Live music from 2 – 3pm from Scouts of the Cascades, led by our own Steve Kirby!  We will have tables and chairs where you can sit and catch up with old friends all afternoon. Cerrito Vista Park across the street is also available it you want to come earlier in the day to picnic.

Lobby & Outside: We will be selling beverages and refreshments (soda, beer, wine, cookies, snacks). Prices range from $1 to $3 for food & beverages.  50th Anniversary Commemorative items for sale include mugs ($5), tshirts ($15), and sweatshirts ($25 - $30). *Cash or checks only please - no credit cards accepted.

Stage: Sign up for Broadway Open Microphone! We will have sheet music (and a wonderful accompanist). You can also bring your own music. First come; first served.

Live at CCCT staff present Counselor Improv! Enjoy some of our talented Drama Camp staff demonstrate their improvisation skills…great for kids of all ages!

 Terrace Room:  We will be showing a continuous loop of pictures from all 200+ CCCT productions over the past 50 years. Which shows have we done more than once? Hint: Harvey, The Sound of Music…can you find more? After the Reunion we will post a link so that you can download and print photos.
