Hi! Jim Nachtsheim here with what we think is a pretty neat opportunity.
Want to savor the memory of our 50 year graduation? You can order a commemorative T-shirt or towel with all the proceeds being donated to one of our own classmates who is experiencing some severe medical issues.
The T-shirts are $10 and the towels (great for use as a golf towel or for hanging on a wall) are also $10. They are high quality, with the T-shirts made of pre-shrunk material, and in our school colors of blue and gold. Photos of them can be seen on our class website, www.robins66reunion.com. Pretty nice, right?
These items will be available to be picked-up and paid for at the reunion on Saturday, September 17th at the Sheraton Minneapolis West. To place an order, send an email to Jim Nachtsheim at email@example.com and indicate if you want a T-shirt (please specify your size – S, M, L, XL, XXL, or XXXL) and/or a towel. Payment at the reunion must be in the form of cash or check made out to Robbinsdale Class Reunion 1966 – No credit cards.
For what we hope is the very few of you who will not be able to attend our 50th reunion, we will offer an option to purchase a T-shirt and/or towel. You can send Jim an email with your request and include your mailing address. The item(s) will be mailed to you. For those mailed, the price is $13 for a T-shirt, $13 for a towel and $27 for both to cover mailing and handling costs. The checks should be made out to Robbinsdale Class Reunion 1966 and sent to Jim Nachtsheim at 9209 Dunbar Knoll N, Brooklyn Park MN 55443.
These items are being offered for sale strictly as a fund raiser for one of our classmates.
The donation is being made in total by Fred Jones of Strait Stuff, still located in beautiful downtown Robbinsdale.
If you have further questions on this project, please feel free to contact Jim. This note is also on our website in case you misplace this one.
Thanks and look forward to seeing everyone on September 17th.
Please NOTE: To help Fred in his planning, it would be extremely helpful to have as many orders for the T-shirts and towels sent to Jim by the end of March. Thanks!
