My story is of something I remember clear back in 1st grade at First Ward.  It was from a Valentine's day and I remember Jim White had gotten a card from Ann Rawlings he said he hung it on the wall above his bed!  WHY I have always remembered that story I will never know!!  Phyllis (Hodgen)

I remember my Mom made heart shaped valentine cookies for second grade at Third Ward School.  I was embarrassed for her to come to school and I asked her to wear Mommy clothes because she looked too young!

I don't remember what grade we were in - probably second or third - but I used to go home with Jana Greene almost every day after school.  We didn't have a TV at my house.  Jana and I would watch Howdy Doody and Kate Smith.
