Laith Al-Agba

Laith Al-Agba was a two-time Class 4A state singles champion, in 1997 and 1998, while at Bremerton's Olympic High School and went on to play at Purdue. His younger brother, Jamil, plays at the University of Southern California, said Niran Al-Agba.

"His nickname was 'a gentle giant'; he was the sweetest, the nicest and everybody loved him," she said.

"I looked up to him; I could only aspire to be the kind of person he is," said Tariq Al-Agba. "He would make everything positive no matter how bad it was. You could always call him, and he could turn it around."
