Our Reunion will be held inside an Historic Barn operated and maintained by Simi Rancho Parks and Recreation.  So we will honor the following rules and regulations.

• Smoking or Vaping is allowed but only outside of the Barn and then in a specifically designated area.
• The use of Cannabis in any form is prohibited.
• Hard liquor is not allowed.  Only beer and wine.
• Glass beer bottles are not allowed.  Wine bottles are acceptable.
• Alcohol consumption must end by 9:00pm.

The Park District can cancel the event due to extreme weather, County guidelines for safety, damage rendering the site unsuitable (destruction of the building, earthquake, fire, etc.)  This is very unlikely, but should it occur, your ticket prices will be fully refunded.

In the event that you decide not to attend, your ticket price will be refunded accordingly;

• Immediate cancellation - 75% refund
• Cancellation 90 to 45 days before the event - 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 45 days before the event - 25% refund

Hotels

Simi Valley has several nice hotels that you can choose from.  We have worked with Posada Royale Hotel & Suites to secure a group rate of $160.00 per night for a Deluxe room.  This includes a complimentary full buffet breakfast including made-to-order omelets, breakfast burritos, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, fresh baked pastries, juices, coffee and tea.  The cutoff date for making reservations is 9/5/2023.  Reservations are made by calling (805) 584-6300 and explaining you are attending the Royal High School Reunion.

Attire

Casual.  The venue is not heated or airconditioned so check the weather and plan to dress accordingly.

Venue Access

Access to the Barn is mostly level and free of stairs.  The surface is decomposed granite.  Restrooms are handicap accessable and a short walk from the Barn.
