Let me try to summarize the last 30 years after high school: I attended Washburn for two years and was then transferred to Wichita. I lived there for five years until I developed thyroid cancer and had to move home with my parents to recuperate. I am happy to say I have been cancer-free since then. I am amicably divorced. I have three grown stepchildren with whom I have a great relationship and one son who just turned 18. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the reunion in September.
