Sheila Hansen, 42, Topeka, died Friday, May 31, 2002, at a Topeka hospital.
Ms. Hansen had worked at Landon Middle School as a paraprofessional for the past three years.
She was born Jan. 17, 1960, in Topeka, the daughter of Walter E. and Pauline Haws Hansen.
Survivors include a son, Billy Hansen,Topeka; a daughter, Melissa Dancer, Topeka; a brother, Tom Hansen, Austin, Texas; and a companion, Bill Hoar, Topeka.
Ms. Hansen will lie in state at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today, and visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today. Cremation is planned, and private services will take place at a later date.
