How do you sum up the journey of 20 years. I left EB and FL with a head full of dreams, realized a few, changed my mind a few times. Made mistakes, dated the wrong guy, had a beautiful daughter, married the right guy, gained 3 magnificent stepsons, bought a house, blew up 2 or 3 cars, broke my arm and some where in there God caught up to me and straightened my head out and healed my tangled heart.
Now I am a substitute Para-educator for the Intermediate Schools, I work with some really special kids, I am an Adult sponsor for our growing youth group and help guide some AMAZING teens into adulthood. I am a director of our local Drama Ministry. My greatest achievement yet? My kids.
My life has been a surprise to me. It isn't where I saw my self going 20 years ago but I am entirely happy and content in the life I have built.
