Hard to believe it's been 50 years. My mother still lives in the same house on Western Ave so I still have a connection to the neighborhood. Graduated from college (South Carolina) in 1970 and spent the next 5 years in the USAF--instructing flying at Reese AFB, TX. Met my wonderful wife there and married in 1975. Went to law school after USAF but decided to chuck it all to keep flying airplanes. Spent a career with the MD Air National Guard flying the A-10 Warthog while flying commercially with FedEx. Retired in 2010 and have been busy ever since. Two daughters, 3 grand kids, everybody living in Memphis.
