Laurie and Dave have stayed in the MHS neighborhood. We have lived on Runnymeade Ave. since the mid 90's. Our backyard is adjacent to the MHS turf football field. Prime time seating for all football games involving MHS teams. (Feeder/partner school games including grades 1/2 flag, 3/4 tackle,5/6 tackle,7/8 cub, and MHS freshman/reserve games.
Dave's favorite activity is playing pickleball (PB) especially with and against Shawn Gallagher. Post PB pizza and a cold beverage with Shawn is a great evening. Dave is in his 41st year teaching at SJB. (St. John the Baptist- Newburgh) as a PE/Health teacher and Co athletic director.
Laurie is a retired teacher from EVSC. She enjoys the outdoors including planting various flowers/plants.
She also enjoys the yearly girls' adventures with several 1976 MHS classmates usually taken in the Fall.
Laurie/Dave are proud parents of Erin (husband Matt) who recently were next door neighbors on Runnymeade but now reside in Corral Springs Florida. Erin teaches broadcasting and journalism @ Bishop Gibbons H.S. and Matt is an assistant women's basketball coach @ Florida Atlantic University.
Laurie/Dave are also the proud parents of Drew(wife Jen)(daughter of Randy (1976) & Diane Folz.
Drew/Jen live just several blocks East of MHS on Lincoln Ave. Drew is the CFO for Anderson Companies and Jen is a 1st grade teacher @ Resurrection Catholic School in Evansville.
Laurie/Dave are also proud to claim one "grand dog" Yogi that resides on Lincoln Ave. as well.
It will be great to see many classmates from MHS Class of 1976.
