After graduation I worked at automotive machine shops and then for Frito- Lay as a Quality Control Technician performing chemical tests on product. After leaving Frito-Lay I have spent the last 24 years with the Topeka Police Department. I am a Captain in charge of Second Shift Operations.

Lisa and I have been married for 12 years and I have three step-children Ashley is 22 studying nursing, Cortney is 20 studying criminal justice and Eric is 15. I have four children from previous marriages Kris is 24 residing in Texas, Kyle is 22 and works in Topeka, and Chad is 17 residing in Kentucky. My daughter Brittani was tragically taken from us when she was 14 in a vehicle accident. She would have been 19 this year. I am now a fan of the Seaman Vikings. My step-son Eric is a good football player and my wife and I are looking forward to his sophomore season.

I went to Baker and graduated with a BBA in Business Administration then to KU for a Masters in Public Administration. I plan on retiring in a few years and will continue to work for local, state or the federal government in a civilian capacity.

Oh, by the way that 70 Chevelle I had is gone but not forgotten. My current project is an 80 Z-28 with a big block of course and I have a 68 Chevelle waiting for my retirement. There will be many projects in my retirement years. The muscle car fever has never left me I just had to put it on hold for awhile.
