I've been retired for 6 years after working for the CA Department of Justice in Sacramento for 35 years. I thought it would be real hard to retire because I loved my job but I love it. I have more commitments on my calendar now than when I was still working. We take about two trips a year but otherwise we are home doing volunteering. I volunteer with the local police department and my husband with the American Legion. Everyone, stay happy and healthy.
