After Graduation I went to R.C.C for two years then on to the US Navy. Came back and got married and had two kids. I decided to go back to college in 1976 to get my BS at York College of PA. After graduation I worked as a County Detective in the York DA's office for 4 years and went on to become a Federal Agent with the US State Department for the next 21 years retiring in 2002. In 1990 I received a scholarship, from the State department, to attend Harvard Kennedy School and received my M.P.A from Harvard in 1991.
I am now retired with my wife Pam. We have two children, two grandsons. I still enjoy ham radio as K3JIM.
