Hello Everyone!
It is nice to be back in touch. I have for the last 7 1/2 years been married to a wonderful man named Dr. Joseph Cook who is a veterinary with his own practice of 13 years called Family Pet Hospital. We just built a new clinic and are going to be moving into it as of 2/21/09. It is a dream come true. We also lived in Berryton for the last 5 years.
After graduation I married James Christenberry (class of '78) and we had two children, Amber and Michael. I worked different places (SBG, State of KS, Payless ShoeSource) before I find my current very fulfilling job for the American Heart Association which I have celebrated 8 years. I received my Bachelor of Computer Science degree in 2005 (finally). James and I divorced in 2000 and I met and married Joe in 2001. Between us we have five wonderful children; Amber (28) who is an CNA and working towards her nursing degree, Michael (26) married and a manager of an auto repair shop, Jessica (25) living in Chicago and an representative for a local union, Lindsay (23) graduating from K-State in May, Angela (21) going to South Carolina University to be a veterinary in marine biology and all who graduated from SHHS (Joe and I are very proud of all of them)!
Life has been good and it is hard to believe that 30 years has gone by so fast! I look forward to spending the next 30 years with my wonderful husband, children and seeing you all in September.
