After a twenty year career in the US Army, Steve Strukel retired in December 2002 and started working on his "encore career" as a military analyst for Booz Allen Hamilton in Leavenworth, KS. Steven married his wife (and way better half) Debbie in 1995 while serving as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at West Point, NY. Debbie was the best secretary ever, and is currently my best wife ever! We've moved several times since, while I completed my military career (Kentucky, Southern California, and finally back home to Kansas). Currently working on raising four daughters (don't even get me started) and heavily involved in experimentation with new technologies the Army is developing to support the future force. Many fond memories of High School and still have strong ties to a core group of Shawnee Heights alum (Doug Duncan, Gregg Kampshroeder, Keith Haas, et al). Hope to bring my crew for the parade, tour and game Friday...and hope you'll stop and say hello if you see me and the Strukel herd!
