Wow... 30 years is a long time. It seems like only a few years ago, we had our 20 year reunion. Time flies.
After high school, I served a hitch in the US Navy and traveled the world. I was stationed on a couple different amphibious ships in Norfolk, Virginia. After the Navy, I worked a few odd jobs and then spent 7 years with the US Coast Guard. While there, I decided I needed to finish my college degree. I graduated in 2000 with a bachelor's in business. I am now an accountant. I'm currrently the chief financial officer of a statewide non-profit. Life is good.
