Hi to all my RRHS '64 classmates!
I am living in the San Juan Islands, about 100 miles north of Seattle. We moved here in 2002. It's a wonderful community and unique in that it is only accessible by ferry, private boat or plane. No bridge to the mainland! Love the Pacific Northwest, and felt lucky to have lived in some great places over the years: Alaska, California Central Coast, and Park City Utah. I retired in 2007 after several years with the Washington Attorney General's office and weekend commuting on the ferry. I retired in 2007, and don't know how I had time to work. Gary and I enjoy traveling, anywhere! I still ski, in fact I can ski with my granddaughters now. My daughter Mel had the good sense to marry a skier. I am involved in several volunteer organizations: Friends of the Library, Soroptimist and League of Women Voters. I am sorry I will miss the reunion due to a previous commitment for a trip to Eastern Europe. I have seen several members of the Class of 64 recently: Sharon Mulligan, who lives in Portland so we visit yearly; Don Motz and Susan Kemp Walsh while we were in Hawaii.
