Greetings Classmates,

Fifty years!!!!! How time flies when your having fun.

I worked at General Hospital in the lab as a phlebotomist for many years. My son was born in 1975. I started working for Pine Hill/South Bay School district in 1981-82 and stayed with this district until it was time for our move.

My husband, Charles was transferred to Nevada City, Ca in 2006. We enjoyed winter there and all that this magical little town has to offer, but..... summers were hot, hot. We were ready to move back to the coast.

Moving to Crescent City was an easy decision since we are both avid fly fishers ( catch & release ) what more could we ask for? The Klamath River is where we love to spend our days off. Did I mention I can out fish my husband?

My son Nate, is now married and works in Walnut Creek for AssetMark Financial Services. His beautiful wife Kate is an amazing lady. She works for the Placer County District Attorney's office as a prosecuting attorney. They live in Granite Bay. I have two grandkids, 4 1/2 year old grandson Graham & 2 year old granddaughter Elise. I love, love being Yiayia Cathy!

My stepson Zac, is also married and we are anticipating the arrival of another grandchild.

It's been fun being back on the planning committee for our reunions- I know it's going to be a great time! Looking forward to seeing you all in August.
