WOW! 30 years! Hard to believe. I have enjoyed being on the committee for the reunion and can't wait to see everyone!! I have kept in contact with a few people, mainly Kathy Adams (BFF) and can't wait till she moves back to the Topeka area!! I have enjoyed getting back in touch with some classmates that I hadn't talked to in years! It is so awesome to find old friends! I live in the Seaman area with my husband Mike and my stepson Anthony, who started high school this year. I have a grown daughter that had tuaght 3 yrs of 6th grade at Tecumseh South, took off 1 1/2 years to stay home and raise my beautiful granddaughter Kadence, and as of this year is tutoring 1/2 time at Tecumseh South in the mornings. She even had one of Lori Means daughters in her class!! What a small world!! Kadence, my beautiful granddaughter was born February 2008!! The really funny part to Kathy & I's long friendship is our grandchildren are only 5 days apart!!! I love being a grandma, it is so cool. I also have a grown stepdaughter that lives in Topeka. So, my world really changed when I married Mike!! Mike & I's families have been friends since we were 4 or so, but lost contact later in years, but we meet back up after about 30 years and it was like we had never missed a day! We married in 2006. Strange how things work out. The picture is from our honeymoon cruise. We love to travel, fish and be outdoors.
We have 2 dogs, a chocolate lab, Mandy, a chihuahua, Charley and 2 cats, Abby and Booty.
I work for the Shawnee County Health Agency as a Medical Coding Specialist and my husband works at Martin Tractor. My parents are still in Topeka. Can't wait to see everyone! Lots of great memories!!
