It has been an exciting 50 years since Ramapo. I have been married to the love of my life, Gary, for 43 years and we have raised three wonderful sons. We now have three beautiful daughter-in-law and 5 grandchildren ages 5,4,3,2,1! We have lived in the Finger Lakes Region of NY for 38 years. Following HS I went into nursing working in a number of specialties but the longest in Labor and Delivery. My husband is a clinical social worker and in 1990 I went back to school and completed a Master of Social Work in Family Mental Health at Syracuse University. For the next 20 years I worked in a Community Mental Health Center where I specialized in the treatment of trauma. I retired from there in 2010 and joined my husband in a counseling practice at Family Life, a para-church ministry. This has given us flexibility to make our own hours and to travel. We have been privileged to be able travel extensively including Brazil, Israel, Japan, Europe, Russia, and soon to Cyprus. Some of these trips have been to be able to minister to missionaries serving in those areas. We have been able to provide encouragement and counseling where needed. I am a committed follower of Jesus Christ and He has given meaning and purpose to my life. My husband and I are blessed to be able to work together in ministering to others. We plan to continue working as long as we are able as we enjoy how God has uses us.
