After I left North Miami, I attended and graduated from Stetson University (BA) and FSU (MA) with degrees in English. In 1969 I married Jan Heise, whom I met at FSU, and we began traveling with the Air Force. We lived in Alexandria, VA, and I taught at Northern Virginia Community College. After moving to Montgomery, AL, I taught a the local campuses of Troy State and Auburn. While in Alabama, we had two children, Ron and Sarah. In 1982, Jan retired from the Air Force and began a second career at Harris Corporation in Florida. We settled in Indialantic, FL, and I taught at Brevard Community College. We are now retired, living in West Melbourne, and traveling. We have eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
