Obituary received from Christy's father, Owen Boyle.
Spring City,Tenn. - Christy Kellene Miller died Friday, Feb.27, 1998, in a Chattanooga hospital. She was 36.
Formerly of Fayetteville, N.C, she was a member of the Good Shepard Luther Church in Raleigh, N.C.. She was a registered nurse at Erlanger Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, William Miller; a son Scott William Boyle of Scott City; two daughters, Katlynn Amber Dickerson and Kandess Kellene Dickerson, both of Spring City; and her parents, Owen E. and Shirley A. Groves Boyle, New Bern, N.C.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 200 Central Avenue, Chatanooga, TN. 37403.
Arrangements are by the Vaughn Funeral Home in Spring City.

Christy attended nurses training at Wake Tech in Raleigh, NC, and graduated as an Registered Nurse (RN). She worked in the neonatal intensive care nursery at Duke University, as well as pedeatrics at North Carolina Medical Center, both in North Carolina and also TC Thompson's Children in the emergency room in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Christy was extremely competent at her profession and well "thought of" by her peers and those she served.
Christy was married to Dana Hall, Edward Rhymer, Donavan Dickerson, and William Miller.
She had 3 children, Scott (deceased) and two daughters Katlynn (20) and Kandass (16) as of August 2009.
