After high school I spent 2 years at Florida State and then went to the University of Hawaii for my last two years of college. I joined the Navy pilot training program in October of 1967 and spent some time in South East Asia. After that I was a pilot for Hawaiian Airlines for a couple of years and finished my flying career at American Airlines retiring at age 60 in 2005. My wife Nicole and I live in northern California where we raised two boys Ryan and Chad.
