After high school I spent five years at four different universities and still managed to graduate on time with a Masters Degree in Education which I never used once. I spent two years in Los Angeles (where I couldn't breathe or find an interesting job) and came back to the Chicago area where I've been ever since. I owned a restaurant for nine years, spent one holiday season designing gift baskets, spent lots of years getting imprinted merchandise for clients, and now help my husband with his accounting practice. We have two kids in college (one about to graduate from Iowa and one in Champaign) and two married kids with adorable grandkids (both boys with unique personalities already). I remember the talent shows and playing bridge in the nurse's office with Pearl Cheney. I'm still a super typist due to those typing classes!
