I spent 10 years in private legal practice (antitrust and international trade), 20 years as General Counsel of the United States International Trade Commission and the last 10 as USITC Executive Liaison, from which I plan to retire within a year. My husband Rich Cohen spent 40 years as a Congressional reporter and author, including of the biannual "Almanac of American Politics"; he is now freelancing while continuing to produce the Almanac. We have one daughter, Lily Cohen. Rich and I have been committed travel junkies, trying to see the more challenging destinations when young and before our knees gave out, which turns out to have been a good choice! We plan to do more leisurely travel, and perhaps a flat in southern Europe when I retire.
