I have lived in Spring,TX, with my sweet husband, John, since we married 27yrs ago.We blended our first families of 6 teenage kids(3mine,3his!)and now those 4 daughters & 2 sons have all married happily and blessed us with 18 grandchildren!!! Now some of those grandchildren have blessed us with 7 great-grandchildren so far! We have truly been blessed with a good life. Life has had its ups & downs (John has had a knee & ankle replacement, but can now get around well doing his woodworking that he started at retirement in a workshop in our garage! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Summer of 2011, but managed to make it through treatment & come out on the other side to be CANCER FREE for 3 years now!) I am so excited to be going to our 50th Class Reunion but cannot understand how it got here so FAST!! Seems like yesterday we were on the football field in Cap & Gown getting our diplomas & wondering what life would bring us in our Futures! Now wondering how much MORE Future we will have! My Philosophy: Live every day to its fullest and be grateful for my blessings(:
